Back in 2011, when Wellington was just 17, he started his beauty career in a pretty amazing way. He got invited by the well-known Fábio Carneiro to join a top-notch salon in Brazil. It didn’t take long for Wellington to discover his love for all things beauty and style. Working in such an exciting place, he not only got really good at what he did but also formed a great team with Fábio. They ended up entering the famous Trend Vision Awards by Wella Professionals and, showing off their incredible talent, they smashed it and won first place in the National competition, doing Brazil proud over in Madrid.

Wellington’s achievements didn’t stop there. Now, he’s a fully-fledged hairdresser and makeup artist, and his work has been all over magazine pages, big brand ads, and the dazzling catwalks of fashion shows. But even with all the glitz and glam of fashion, Wellington’s heart is still in the salon. He genuinely loves chatting with each person who sits in his chair, hearing their stories, and giving them a look that’s just for them. For him, there’s nothing better than boosting someone’s confidence.
