Our Co-Founder

Fabio Carneiro

Hi there, I’m Fabio, co-founder of FAB Hair and Beauty.

My career began in my home country, Brazil. I am a hairdresser and makeup artist and have been in the industry for over 19 years.

My career started in Brazil, where I was nominated as one of the five youngest talents by one of the best national hair and fashion magazines and received prestigious awards such as Wella’s TrendVision Award.

Throughout these 19 years, I’ve worked for beauty salons but also performed as a freelancer in ad campaigns, fashion magazines, weddings, runaways, and photoshoots such as Vogue India, Vogue Italy, London Fashion Week and most recently won the TrendVision Award UK for colour specialist!

I also hold the titles of Oribe Brand Specialist, Balmain Colour Educator and Wella Master Colour Expert.

I consider myself creatively diverse in that I perform various types of colour work using a variety of techniques that I have learned and developed throughout my career. My passion is creating beautiful and unique colours as well as modern haircuts, styling, and hair extensions for each of my clients.

I was working as an art director and senior colour specialist at Jon Hala London Salon in Canary Wharf, where I got to put my visions to life and gained extensive skills. But after many years, I decided to turn my dream into reality and establish a place where my clients could find everything they needed and leave feeling more empowered than when they arrived… and here it is, welcome to FAB Hair and Beauty!

Wellington Baeta

Back in 2011, when Wellington was just 17, he started his beauty career in a pretty amazing way. He got invited by the well-known Fábio Carneiro to join a top-notch salon in Brazil. It didn’t take long for Wellington to discover his love for all things beauty and style. Working in such an exciting place, he not only got really good at what he did but also formed a great team with Fábio. They ended up entering the famous Trend Vision Awards by Wella Professionals and, showing off their incredible talent, they smashed it and won first place in the National competition, doing Brazil proud over in Madrid.

Wellington’s achievements didn’t stop there. Now, he’s a fully-fledged hairdresser and makeup artist, and his work has been all over magazine pages, big brand ads, and the dazzling catwalks of fashion shows. But even with all the glitz and glam of fashion, Wellington’s heart is still in the salon. He genuinely loves chatting with each person who sits in his chair, hearing their stories, and giving them a look that’s just for them. For him, there’s nothing better than boosting someone’s confidence.

Wellington’s got a special knack for colouring, highlights, hairstyles, and bridal makeup. His main aim is to bring out the best in each client. For him, it’s not just about changing how someone looks, but about celebrating who they are and making them feel great through beauty. Wellington’s journey is more than a success story; it’s about passion, creativity, and the amazing impact of beauty.
